I am no longer using DeviantArt due to the implementation of AI, and allowance of AI images.

DeviantArt is a community with decades of artwork that users may not be aware of anymore, that is now being used for something harmful like artificial intelligence created artwork. AI softwares are harmful to artists because they take our years of experience and study, and reduce it to a few simple prompts for a non-artist with no skills at all to use.

I've been a long time DeviantArt user, since at least 2003. I've left and come back a few times for various reasons, mostly personal. I love what DeviantArt used to be, a beautiful community of artists that gave me the platform I needed to get myself started and become inspired by my peers every single day growing up.

DeviantArt allowing AI for any reason is extremely harmful and abusive towards it's userbase. I cannot continue to come back to this place if this is the end result of my dedication. I feel so deeply betrayed by this stunt, and it's truly depressing to see it happen to a website that I have loved so fiercely over the years. Allowing AI generated 'art' to be posted freely to the website is just another layer of bullshit that I am unwilling to cooperate with.

This is truly the last profile I will ever make. If you ever knew StormyZoonoc, Dev-Dragon-Bat, DevHalena, and C0ralSky, then you may continue to follow my work elsewhere.
